1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Limestone Healthcare platform (the “Service”), operated by Limestone Healthcare LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Limestone Healthcare is a staffing and scheduling platform that connects rural hospitals with contracted physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, covering shift scheduling, credentialing, invoicing, and payments.
3. Accounts
Staff and contracted clinicians are issued accounts by Limestone Healthcare. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the contact information (including your mobile number) you provide to us.
4. SMS / text messaging program

- Description
- Contracted clinicians and staff who provide a mobile number may receive text messages about shift offers, confirmations, schedule changes, and related account notifications from Limestone Healthcare. This is an operational messaging program, not marketing or promotional messaging.
- How you consent
- You opt in by providing your mobile number to Limestone Healthcare staff (verbally or in writing) as part of onboarding as a contracted clinician or staff member, or by replying START to a message from us.
- Sample message
- “Limestone Healthcare: You have a new shift offer at St. Mary’s Regional on 9/12, 7am–7pm. Reply in the portal to accept. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- Message frequency
- Varies with your shift activity — typically a few messages per week, up to about 10 per month.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one confirmation message, then no further texts.
- Help
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact customer care at support@limestonehealthcare.com / +1 (785) 555-0100.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended staffing and scheduling purposes and not to misrepresent your credentials, availability, or identity.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limestone Healthcare LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delayed or undelivered text messages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms or as needed to comply with hospital client or regulatory requirements.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with an updated date at the top.
