SMS Consent Documentation

Last updated September 12, 2026

Limestone Healthcare does not have a public website signup form. Contracted clinicians and staff are onboarded directly by Limestone Healthcare administrative staff, and SMS consent is captured at that time. This page documents that opt-in process for carrier and A2P 10DLC campaign review, as described in our Terms of Service.

1. Who opts in

End users are contracted physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, and staff, who are engaged by Limestone Healthcare LLC to work shifts at partner hospitals. They are not members of the public signing up through a website — they are known individuals going through Limestone Healthcare’s standard onboarding process.

2. When consent is captured

Consent to receive SMS text messages is captured as part of onboarding, before any shift-related text messages are sent. Onboarding staff either (a) read the disclosure below aloud and record the clinician or staff member’s verbal agreement, or (b) have the person read and sign/initial the same disclosure in writing as part of their onboarding paperwork.

3. Exact consent disclosure used

This is the verbatim language read aloud or presented in writing during onboarding, reproduced here for review:

“By providing your mobile number, you agree that Limestone Healthcare may send you SMS text messages about shift offers, confirmations, schedule changes, and related account notifications as part of the Limestone Healthcare Shift Notifications program. Message frequency varies with your shift activity — typically a few messages per week, up to about 10 per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. We will not share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at app.limestonehealthcare.com/privacy and Terms at app.limestonehealthcare.com/terms.”

Initials/verbal agreement to the above are logged in the contractor’s onboarding record before their mobile number is enabled for SMS notifications.

4. Alternate opt-in: reply START

Independent of onboarding, anyone who has previously texted STOP (or has not yet been enrolled) can opt back in at any time by replying START to a message from Limestone Healthcare.
